અગત્ય ની નોટિસ

આથી પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ ના વિધાર્થીઓને જણાવવાનું કે જે વિધાર્થી બીજા રાઉન્ડ માટે સંમતિ આપી શક્યા નથી તેવા વિધાર્થીઓ તા.: ૦૫/૦૮/૨૦૨૩ થી ૦૬/૦૮/૨૦૨૩ સુધી બીજા રાઉન્ડ માટે સંમતિ આપી શકશે અને પોતાના વિષય તથા કોલેજની પસંદગી બદલી શકશે. જે વિધાર્થીઓ ને પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ માં જે કોલેજ અને વિષય ની ફાળવણી થયેલ છે અને જે વિધાર્થીએ કોલેજની ફી ભરીને પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ તેવા વિધાર્થીઓ પણ સંમતિ આપી શકશે અને પોતાના વિષય તથા કોલેજની પસંદગી બદલી શકશે.

આથી દરેક વિધાથીઓને જણાવવાનું કે કટઑફ અને કોલેજની ખાલી જગ્યા આજે સાંજે વેબસાઇટ પર મૂકવામાં આવશે. અને બી. એસ. સી. એડમિશન માટે નો બીજો રાઉન્ડ પણ તા.: ૨૯/૦૭/૨૦૨૩ થી શરૂ થશે જેની નોંધ લેવી. બીજા રાઉન્ડ માટે તારીખ વાર નવો  કાર્યક્રમ વેબસાઇટ પર મુકેલ છે.

Important Notice

In the case of choice filling by the students, the first subject chosen by the students will remain their final choice for the award of the degree. They will have no choice but to change their choice of subject in the subsequent semesters.

Your first choice of subject will remain your main subject.

For example, in the group physics /chemistry/Maths, physics being the first choice of subject will remain the main/major subject in the final year.

Students will not be allowed to change their major subject in the second, third & fourth year.

The choice filling (reshuffling) will start on the university portal from 10.07.2023 to 14.07.2023

અગત્ય ની સૂચના

આથી વિધાર્થીઓને ખાસ જણાવવાનું કે તા.:૨૩/૦૬/૨૦૨૩ ના પત્ર ક્રમાંક : ૧૦૬૬૬/૨૦૨૩ ના        નામદાર હાઇકોર્ટના સ્ટે અનુસાર સી. યુ. શાહ સાયન્સ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ (ગ્રાન્ટ ઇન એઇડ) અને સી. યુ. શાહ ઇન્સ્ટિટ્યૂટ ઓફ સાયન્સ (સેલ્ફ ફાઇનાન્સ) માં પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા હાલ પુરતી  સ્થગિત કરવામાં આવે છે. આગળની કાર્યવાહી નામદાર હાઇકોર્ટ ના ચુકાદા પ્રમાણે કરવામાં આવશે. જેની સર્વેએ નોંધ લેવી.

All the students are hereby informed that the admission process in C. U. Shah Science Institute and C. U. Shah Institute of Science has been suspended due to a stay order of the High Court (Dated: 23/06/2023 letter number: 10666/2023). Further action will be taken as per the judgment of the High Court.

Please be informed that all the students can change their subject and College choice from 24-06-2023 to 26-06-2023(Only those who locked forms)

સૂચના:- બી.એસ.સી સેમ-1 એડમિશન માટે 

1. નવું સિડ્યુલ મુકેલ છે.

2. નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી શકાશે.

3. વેરીફિકેશન અધૂરૂ પૂર્ણ કરવું.

4. કોલેજની સીટ મેટ્રીક્સ ફેરફારો ચેક કરવા.

5. જૂનું પ્રોવિશનલ મેરીટ લીસ્ટ રદ્દ ગણવું.

6. જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ફોર્મ સબમીટ કરેલ નથી અથવા ફોર્મ અધૂરા રહી ગયેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તા:23/06/2023 સુધીમાં સબમીટ કરી દેવા.
